Roy's neice, Emma Roach - diagnosed with leukemia: Little Emma, was diagnosed with leukemia at the end of September 2006. We called all who read this news letter to pray for Emma's complete healing. We are believing for a 100% recovery from this desease. God's report is a better report. News received just yesterday, 4 November 2006, is that Emma is in remission. THANK YOU JESUS! Jesus still heals.  Any encouragement can be directed to Shane and Joy at their email adddress, shane@mweb.co.za . Rejoice with us and keep praying for Emma as her treatment continues!

Brendon and Melanie. Melanie gave birth to our fifth grandchild on Monday 15 October 2006 at 21:58. Her baby is also our fourth grand daughter and her name is "Summer". See the family photo album for some pictures of this precious little girl. Summer had a natural birth and mom was absolutely stunning through the whole ordeal.  Summer weighed in at 3.55 kg's. Brendon is still in cloud nine and a very proud daddy. For more photo's click here

Brendon and Mel have just bought their first home in Amalinda. We hope to have photo's displayed soon.

Roy's dad (Frank), turned 80 on 25 August 2006. What a great example he has been to all his family, friends, collegues and the world out there. In his 80 years, what he believes, he has lived to the full. What an incredible legacy he has left for his family. He may be 80 years old but do you honestly think he looks 80? Have a look at this photo and you tell me how old you really think he looks! Dad, we love you so much. You are the best dad ever.

Mandy turned !*?? on 17 March. (You will have to guess - I'm not allowed to mention that she is one year younger than me). I just turned 54 on the 12th February 2006. My dad tells me that I qualify to purchase a retirement cottage in his complex next year. What an awful thought!

Bradley and Sonja had a fantastic holiday on the Rapsody ship. Hopefully, we will have some photo's soon for you to see. (Come on Brad - let me have those pic's soon).

Brad is currently negotiating a career move which may take them to Cape Town. We will hear within the next week. It will be sad to loose them to Cape Town but the move will be well worth the move.

Janey is working for my brother-in-law, Shane Roach, at Pinewood Homes. her son and our only grandson, Tyrel, is doing so well. He already has four teeth, some others almost there and is crawling all over the place. He also walks around objects on his own. Soon he will let go and walk completely on his own. He is just 9 months old. For photo's click here
